Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will I need to heat/cool my food when it gets home?

A: Yes, all hot dishes are precooked but will need to be minimally warmed. Your order will come with instructions on suggested heating times and temperature.


Q: How do we order a steak to our temperature of choice (medium rare, medium, etc)?

A: Order how you prefer your steak cooked. We will prepare it to work with reheating instructions. In other words, we will cook it a little "under" so it's just how you like it.


Q: Do we need to chill our mason jar cocktails? 

A: Yes, we suggest shaking all cocktails with and pouring over ice. 


Q: If I am picking up an order, will I be able to carry the food ? 

A: Our to go orders are placed in a large box or insulated tote bag depending on order size. Please call 212.381.1170 or email info@charliepalmer.com with any questions or concerns.


Q: Where can I pick up my order? 

A: Orders are picked up outside at One Bryant Park, New York, NY 10036 (Previous Aureole location and now new home to Charlie Palmer Steak NYC coming soon!).


Q: How far from the restaurant do you deliver? 

A: Our delivery range is below:

42nd Street - 59th Street between 3rd Avenue - Broadway
59th Street - 85th Street between 3rd Avenue - 5th Avenue
