My Hometown: New York by way of Weilrod Oberlauken, a small village close to Frankfurt.

Hospitality Means: Creating special moments for every single person who enters the restaurant so they feel entirely comfortable and happy. 

Aureole Is: Currently my home base and huge part of my life, so I try to make it as good as it can be. 

How I Pair It: Liverwurst, Pickles, Mustard, Pretzel Rolls and BEER.
