Aureole was originally opened in a turn-of-the-century brownstone off Madison Avenue as Charlie Palmer’s idea of an American Lutece, marking the chef’s commitment to unabashed, energetic cooking and combining classical culinary techniques with regional American ingredients. After two decades in its landmark location, our flagship restaurant took up residence in the spectacular Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park in Times Square, one of the world's most environmentally advanced skyscrapers, where it continues its culinary legacy of intense flavors and unexpected combinations matched by an award-winning wine list.
